Residential
Landscaping & Site Work
Precise grading and feature work on properties access machines can’t.
What this work involves
On estates, acreages and tight residential lots, the spider delivers the finesse of a small excavator with the reach of a large one. The endlessly rotatable grapple opens up options for placing rock walls and features, and where the work is in water, the machine runs on fully biodegradable hydraulic fluid.
It fits through a passage as narrow as eight feet, stands with its legs on different levels to build pool surrounds, and uses specially designed pads to protect liners and finished concrete — grading, trenching and shaping without disturbing what’s already there.
